Not mine but an interesting car if legit: 1972 455 HO, automatic, Firebird Formula, white with green interior. 276 produced.
No mention of VIN (5th digit needs to be an X) or PHS. (I sent the seller an email asking that question already.) Has some visible issues I can see: has front fenders and radiator support from a 1973&up Firebird, black painted underside (should be red oxide), missing a/c compressor, and hokey hood pins in the original fiberglass hood. Plus side: still has the original very expensive ram air air cleaner and very unique 455HO-only rear a/c compressor mount still on the intake. Might be worth and in person look. It's in PA http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Pontiac-F...1QQcmdZViewItem |

He answered my email and indicated that the VIN is 2U87X2N513884, which is correct for a 1972 455HO Formula. He does not have a PHS but that is easily obtained through Pontiac Historical Services.

Auction ended early. Looks like someone made him an offer he couldn't refuse. Anyone here buy it?
