Nope!

Looks pretty interesting though.

I'm no expert, but I would not think it came from the factory that way....but like I said, I'm not an expert.

Any of the engine stampings that I have seen have four numbers. These "CS" letters don't refer to any '69 Camaro or Chevelle COPOs that I know of.

-------The COPO appear to be gang stamped and the broach-marks look OK on first view. Weird!!!......Bill S

I'm not sure what the date is, I see 08052, August 5th? What does the "2" indicate?

With the Tonawanda build of 0805, that Suffix should be 2CS..

On Suffixes that start w/ a number keep in mind the known 4T & 4U Suffixes for the '68 Chevelles...also remember that L36 Suffix we were all looking at a few months back in the Canadian '68 Big cars...was it 3S?.

What's the castings and dates on this one indicate...maybe early '69 car?.
It couldn't possibly be a for a 68 car...could it?.
Vin sequence anywhere?.

If the suffix code is 2cs that would indicate a '70 Marine motor 427/390 Crusader L-36 single 4BB with a normal rotation
