I have found it. This hood represents the 70's in a whole.

I remember when I was a kid growing up in east new york, there was a guy that drove an 82 or 83 t/a that had a knight in shining armor sittin on a white horse airbrushed on the cowl part of the hood and the car was painted a powder blue. Had black bbs rims and looked killer
