Hey Rusty.
The picture on Page 2 of the JWO article shows the 4 guys holding the 1971 Manufacturers Cup. The guy to the far left is my uncle - Jack Marks. The car on the far left is his 1970 F85 W-31 "made into" a 1971 model. Common practice back in the day was to make the cosmetic changes, if possible, for the next model year. Cooper Chev-Olds was the sponsoring dealership here in Michigan. |
