Very nice looking car and a lot of paperwork but I do have a question about the paperwork. 1)Yenko Order form states NO STRIPING but the car has Yenko Stripes 2) Cowl tag shows a Black top where COPO Connection letter states NO vinyl top.

Would it be worth more if the SYC stripes were kept off the car since thats how it was orginally ordered, per the paperwork

Personally, I think it looks great with the stripes. The white stripes really pop on the rally green paint. I bet it was a stealth street racer when new with no stripes and a healthy L-72 under the hood to fool the unsuspecting opponents.

This is an odd situation. I consigned the car with American Street Machines about a month ago. They suggested putting it on ebay, but I told them not to do that. So, this is how I find out they did it anyway
Well, maybe they know best & I'll wait and see how it plays out.
It was a tough decision as to stripe it or not. They can always be peeled off. Also, I'm pretty sure it's the highest optioned Rallye Green Yenko as it has the Z21/Z23, PS, vinyl top and SW guages.
Any reasonable offer will buy this Camaro, so feel free to contact me directly if you wish.

Ed C's letter is wrong. When he certified it in '92 he didn't visually inspect it to know that the cowl showed it to have a vinyl top.
The SW tach was originally mounted on the right side above the other guages, I suspect, at the request of the orig owner. That's were the mounting holes were.

I hope it works for you!! I tell people who use e-bay( Hero or Zero) on Big dollar cars.
People always remember the last bid. When you talk to people they will remember that price. If your looking for 300K and it ends at $175K,they remember $175K.
I personally dont take cars after its been on e-bay.
Jude, tell them to jack it up close to your reserve if you have a real buyer. This will find out if your bidder is real or just wants to be the lowest bidder at a stupid price. Just my 5 cents!!!

First, I'll try and make anything right on the car that's incorrect...within reason.
Rich, I tend to agree with you. I've never bought or sold anything through ebay. What I've learned is that it an excellent marketing/ sales device. In this case I'm just going along to see what happens. You made me an offer on this car last yr and I shouda accepted it. It was a good offer & I've since regretted my decision....Next time I'll listen to you
