Default Original '69 Z 28

It's not mine and I don't know the owner but I wouldn't mind being the new owner. Is this someone's car here?

What do you guys think?

Was this car ever featured in Super Chevy Magazine? I might be thinking of another one though?

X33 designates Z/28 package with exterior style trim (gills)
and X77 designated no style trim (no gills).
