Were you just driving down a country road and saw a little sign that said old Chevy for sale (you know the rest of the folklore)? Cool car! Good luck with the sale.

I woke up one morning and it was parked outside my house. Just kidding. The neutral safety switch went out on this guy 6 years ago and he didn't want to pay the $200. to get it fixed so the car wouldn't start. 4 years ago he got in touch with me and wanted to sell and then changed his mind. Now this next part is critical so take notes, ALWAYS take your name and number and place it in the car. Leave him with the old "if you ever decide to sell" and the rest is history. If you don't leave it in the car it will get tossed.
I bypassed the switch, changed the oil and lit it off and went for a drive. No smoke, runs strong. 39k on the odometer. Might be real. New switch is in car now.

Boy! If I could find $35g's..... oh yea, there's a chunk of it in the garage in the form of a newly purchased mini-van! Oh well, maybe next time.... Love those silver '63-'67's!!!
