Most all copo Chevelles were built in Baltimore only one was built in CAL. There are no known copos built in Kansas. That doesnt even look to be a SS I do not see a L on that trim tag

The car is in the Pittsburgh area. It's definitely no COPO though...as it has drum brakes and A/C...just a rusty Malibu.
