I agree with you,but Ebay is not a person,it's a Corporation.And that means things fall through the cracks,however frequent that might be.That plus the fact that they don't know Body,& VIN#'s sequencing of particular cars,or what to look for in rebodying,or Rivits,etc.
With all the old Jobs that are being disolved each day in this country,I like to see this sector as a new Job opening up for the future.The knowledgeable people like all of us
who are Learning,Networking,Studying these cars on the web,& spent time in Wrecking yards & driveways & garages.These are the foundation of the people Ebay should hire who can spot Red Flags on their auctions for older high dollar automobiles today.Granted it will take time,but somehow I think the scammers know it's a matter of time,& thus,that is why we are seeing so many Scam auctions lately.
Their days are numbered.....
