I have some information for the 73 Nickey SS cars.I know that it was less than 10 I'll get back with the correct number later.

Sorry I thought I had the information about the 1973 Nickey Chevelle.But I do have som information about the 1973 Motion chevelles.They came with the Phase lll 427 and from what I've been told there were 5 built.

Muscle Car Review (May 2000) did a spread on a '73 BM Chevelle, 427 L88 Phase III. Owned by Tom Cahill at the time of publication.
The article stated that it was the only one built, and that it was the last car that Joel Rosen built before the EPA came to visit him. The price was $12K out the door, which was equal to the gov't average for one years wages for '73.
Silver car with custom side pipes and swivel drivers seat.

I will try to scan some of the pictures, and post them if they look OK.

Well it looks like we are headed for court and to aid in my case i would like to buy a copy of Muscle Car Reviw January 1993. I dont think the case should be a big problem but i would like to have this as back up for what he told me ,,I would appreciate any help.
