Let me explain, in the Nova deal there is a never fired LS-7 GM crate motor from 1974. John first wanted the 427 from the Nova and the LS-7 and not the car , so John bought the Nova complete and in tact. John was going to separate the 427 motor from the car, but John changed his mind and decided to keep the Nova as his nostalgic drag car and sell his drag Chevelle car instead. That 's how it stands as of today, but who knows. John also doesn't post much and asked me to respond to the thread. No the car is not mine right now, it's Johns.

I realize John may not post much and thats fine, I have been here since 01 and have less than 500 posts myself. I do feel that once a vehichle sells it should be the new owners that post any information unless they cannot post and ask someone to post more for them. I think it a courtesy that the former should bow out from posting more about it to cut down on confusion. I never felt good about posting anything about a car I sold because it wasn't mine anymore. I do have pictures of them in the garage though

John did ask me to post for him, even now that he is owner of the car.
